POOL CLEANING - MONTHLY SERVICE/ WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Using only the finest industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials, High Maintenance Pool Service maintains your water clarity and sanitation while providing complete cleaning service for your pool. I remove all debris from your pool, brush the pool walls and I also monitor all pool systems and components to ensure proper operation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• Checking chemicals and adding chemicals as needed to sustain proper pool water water chemistry.

• Skimming the pool surface of leaves and debris.

• Brushing pool walls to remove dirt that has collected on the sides of the pool.

• Vacuuming pool bottom.

• Empty all baskets: skimmer/pump/leaf canister.

• Backwash Diatomaceous (D.E.) pool filters as needed and add D.E. back into the filter after backwashing it. (Only applies to customers with D.E. filters)

• Check/ monitor the pool circulation system and ensure that water is being properly filtered and operating at maximum efficiency.

• Monitoring salt level on salt water pools.
  

COST:

Monthly service STARTS at $200.00 a month. This means that I will be out at your house once a week on the same day every week. Time is subject to change due to pools on my route schedule needing extra care/ maintenance work done. 

Price adjustments will be made based on:

• Size of pool

• Chemical demand of pool

• Trees, shrubs, vegetation

• Access to pool

• Location

Other Services

Additional work may be required outside of monthly service/ weekly maintenance. The customer will be informed of this before any additional work or repair be done.

Upon customers approval of work/repair some additional services that may need to be done are:

• Filter Cleans - $125 It is recommend that the cleaning of the filters be done every 6 months. Once before the pool season and once after the pool season.

• Phosphate Treatments (Varies by pool.)

• Salt Cell Cleaning - $25 It is recommend that the salt cell be cleaned/inspected every 3-4 months. (only applicable to salt water pools.)
